- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been seeing Dr Thio and his nurses for years after a car accident destroyed my life. I find Dr Thio to go above and beyond every single time I see him, at one point he wanted to ensure I didn't get needless injections so he refunded my copay . Dr Basa was amazing when she managed my care and now Dr Sara Sheikh has managed my care. If you are responsible and interested in a care plan these Doctors bend over backwards. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The PA sarah is by far one of the rudest persons i have ever met i went for my appointment and was talking to her she did not like what i had to say so she just walked out on me without giving me any kind of explination she just left me in the room clueless and she had the oddasity to send a MA to give me further instructions... So i call back for my rx refill and she denies it for what ever reason because the MA cant even tell me why she denied my rx refill she has no reason she just denied it by far the most unprofessional drs office i have ever been too... Do not know how to treat their patients... - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪These people are HORRIBLE!!!! The most inept, careless, rude, people I have ever dealt with. They have absolutely NO CLUE what people are going through mind and body when dealing with pain treatment. They have ZERO COMPASSION for people. They treat people terribly. Like you are inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job in a timely manner. Just a GROSS organization. I thankfully have a GREAT primary doctor who sent me elsewhere without a question due to the many, many complaints about Ivy Pain Mismanagement...
