- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office staff is horrible! Called to try and make an appointment and was told I couldn't because my birth date didn't match what was on my insurance. Call my insurance and my birth date is correct. I tell them this and the office staff told me to tell my insurance to update there system because they ran it again and it still wasn't correct, which is absolute bull!
