- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I can not say enough good things about the wonderful office staff and the caring PA Tiffany Kaufman . It's so neat & time saving to just be able to open my Grace Medical Portal app on my phone and book an appointment, get a refill, look at my lab results, ask the office, PA Tiffany a question etc... I've never had to wait longer than 15 min , with 4 kids that's awesome ! My older kids are in college and Tiffany has such a great bedside manner making them feel comfortable and is so up to date on the newest medicine, vaccines and treatments.
