  Dr. Elfelt was fantastic. Listened attentively and ultra sound on the spot. He scheduled and did an Ablation, and I recovered quickly just as he said. I went back, and he has retired. I then saw Nurse Practioner Peggy. She listened attentively as I updated her on my health. Moving forward to better health. Receptionists are professional.

  I would NEVER recommend this clinic, or their doctors. One specifically, Kendra Jones, is an absolute disgrace. Zero integrity, zero bedside manner. Jones blatantly lied to my wife when we had our 3rd child, telling both of us that we would be discharged after the pediatrician cleared our baby, after the mandatory 24 hours hospital stay and observation time. My wife found out later from a different staff member that despite our baby being cleared for discharge, my wife was not. When Jones was called on it by my wife, she threw a fit and tried to trick my wife into signing an AMA (Against Medical Advice) form without telling her what the form was, or that our insurance would most likely not cover the visit if she signed the form. I asked Jones why she was not honest with us from the beginning, Jones stated that it was not her job to know all the laws, and that she did not have to tell us anything. Then Jones told my wife, in front of me, that it did not matter if she signed the AMA or not, that she (Jones) would simply write "Refused to sign" on it, and have us removed front the hospital. Then proceeded to threaten my wife and I, telling us that after my wife was discharged that she (Jones) would call the cops on us for kidnapping if we tried to take our baby with us even though our baby had already been cleared by a pediatrician. Kendra Jones is an absolute scumbag with a God complex, who has no problem lying straight to your face, and then doing whatever she can to ruin your life if you don't sit there quietly while she does what she wants. We ended up staying longer in the hospital than necessary to avoid being removed from the property without our new baby. We requested the Nurse who was assigned to my wife to keep Jones away from us for the duration of the hospital stay. Jones begrudgingly turned my wife's care over to a hospital staffed physician. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If you are able, stay away from this provider at all costs!!

  I'm a PPO patient, pay $1600/month in premiums for our family and waited 20 minutes on the phone to make a GYN appointment. The earliest they could see me was THREE weeks out, even after informing them I'm in moderate to severe pain, enough to wake me up at night. This is my 3rd call to them. I left two previous messages with no call back. They are contracting with too many IPA/capitated accounts and are pushing their PPO patients out. Not cool. I'll be searching for another GYN doc and will be happy to leave here.
